refund

I bought and ordered things from take a lot 2 on the 15th of Jan 2022 and it was just over 22k they delivered my order and one items was missing. i then called like 5 to 6 times to find out where it is and only after my 6th call a lady by the name of Viwe told me the warehouse does not have stock. which she gave me good services. i then asked why cant they inform us as clients that they do not have stock. i then returned everything back as this is very unprofessional. and till today they still not giving me feedback or refunding my money and that's R4999. and still no feedback. i have to email and call everyday for this and the ware house is not giving feedback
