Refund

I logged a return and was issued with a coupon for the mount of the returned item,to my surprise the coupon was only valid for 48 hours and it will still need top up and delivery fee which I still needed time to get money and decide on what I want to buy . I am now told that it is because I had a voucher when purchasing the item so they basically saying I am forfeiting everything. They are telling me about terms and conditions ,meaning they get to benefit my money for the takealot more subscription and for the item returned .
