Refund

Trying to get hold of Takealot for 2 weeks now to get my refund dropped my parcel off at one of the pick up points in Centurion , lady confirmed it will be picked up went there today and it's still there ,the parcel haven't been picked up.struggle to get refund out of these guys (takealot)
