Refund
Purchased an item from Takealot. Item was too big for my patio. 10 June logged on takealot to be returned. RRN-9d09-8382. Item was collected on 12 June. Requested that refund be made to my personal account. E-mailed Takealot 3 times and no one able to sort out my refund. It will be referred to the relevant department?
