Refund

On the 26.11.2017 I returned 2 merchandise of the same price and requested for a refund. Few days later I received a refund of 1 of the merchandise and never received for the second merchandise. I have been requesting it and I even went to the bank to check as they referred me and there was nothing. I have not received my money till today.
