refund

Good day on 17-10-2017 they concluded a refund to my bank account and they said it will take up to 7 working days to recieve back the refund but now it is 30-10-2017 and still i did not recieved my refundthey sended me proof of refund and now i sended them a statement showing no money in my bank accout and takealot has no Telephone line where you can call them what is stupid because you have to do everyting via email and then they take so long to reply i only want my money back and now i wonder what to do next to get my money back
