Refund

All I can say is for the last time can I please have someone helping me with my refund from credit to my personal account I have been sending emails to no response and no luck I have returned the item more than 2 times and still not happy with the product.

First time I got the the TV box Netflix was not working Showmax had no sound

Second time the remote is not working.

I tried getting something else but got to pay extra now because of the delivery I paid for the first time. Now I want a refund no one is responding it's been 2 weeks since I requested for a refund
