Refund :(

struggling to get my refund since I changed my banking details, The account used during purchase was closeed due to *****ulent activities, I have been back an forth with takealot agents via email to refund my money to my new banking detail however they are all failing to help.

I do not want to purchase anything from takealot can I please get my money refunded to my bank account
