Refund

I asked the manager to call me back at 11:30. They said they would call me back in 30 minutes. It's 13:07 and they still haven't called me back. After telling takealot that I do not have the same account as before they asked me to give them the new account details. I did that and they still refunded my old account. I am bitterly disappointed with Takealot as a whole. I have now waited 12 days for my refund to be processed. Now I've got to wait another 3-5 days for it to be processed from my other account to the one I asked takealot to refund to. Pathetic to say the least. Sesethu Ntsente was the person who took my details. Dorian from your Milnerton warehouse is who I spoke to regarding all of this. They(Milnerton) made a stuff up regarding the warranty of the product as well and they sent it off to be fixed instead of refunded like I had asked so I had to wait even longer. RRN-c07e-17a9 is the reference number. I would like somebody to contact me regarding this ridiculous service. ***.
