Refund

When you place an order they tell you about the return policy. I have waited 3 weeks for a refund after returning the product myself to a takealot pick up and drop off point. The order numbers have been cancelled after I reported the issue and the product is still at the same place I dropped it off on 29/11/2019. And this is suppose to be customer service..
