Refund

I Bought a baby stroller it was delivered but it was completely different from what was on the website when I ordered then I opted for a replacement and they sent an email telling me that it was no longer available then I opted for a refund but they mentioned that it was declined instead they credited my Takealot account of which is something I don’t want because what I want to order is no longer available, then what am I going to order.

Can Takealot please refund my money back.
