Refund

I bought a heater last week Monday for R750 and Takealot promised to deliver the heater last week Friday. The delivery was not done in the day that they have promised. Since it was cold I went to game and buy the heater. That night u send them an email requesting the refund. This morning when I checked my email they have credited me not refunding my money back.

I don't want their credit refund all I want is my money back since I used my credit card to make the payment not vouchers. In future I won't buy from take a lot.
