*** 4 weeks ago a package was delivered with a missing item.There were agents picking up the email and starting from scratch to resolve the query when the wear house confirmed that the order was not packed in the first place only a week later. This was 3 weeks ago. Still the query isn't resolved. To make matters worse, today they send the driver who originally delivered the package to my home, while I was at work, to interigate my helper snd stress out my family. I'm outraged. Why didn't they call me directly. Why did they have to violate me and my family but sending over the driver when I was not at home. When the drivers manager called me, she was so rude saying how would she know that I wouldn't be at home on a Monday at noon. At this moment. I don't want the refund I just want takealot to leave me the hell alone!!!!
