We ordered a Curio Smart watches for our Children for Christmas. Delivery was fast no problem there. On Chrismas day we noted one of the watches is faulty so we logged the defect and we were given a collection date for the courier to pick up the faulty product. Here comes the issue. The courier never collected and when we phoned them they were unaware told us they would attend to the issue and get back to us. Well we are still waiting. This was a Christmas gift and one makes it worse is that one child can now play with her gift and the other not and I do not know when will Take a lot attend to this as we do not receive any feedback. Poor service take a lot , fast when buying but when there is a problem you receive this service......
