Ref: MRRN-EJEQB-97DJ my order

I bought a tv on Takealot Jvc 43" ok, well, it was delivered OK, and all was well till I turn volume it sound somehow, and there was no Disney channel, I put log in return. Return was accepted except they never came to collect the TV . I noticed they **** that they couldn't find me so it was concluded on app. Why I say **** because I live at a company anyone who come through will be notified aslong they say your name. So I logged another return, which then turned out they didn't want to collect they gave different excuses until I emailed, and then Quinton T sent an email confirming they are coming to collect. They did come and collect, but they never updated on the takealot app that it was taken but it still says scheduled. So I asked what was going on. I was asked who came to collect, and I told them the person until now, no response on emails, messenger. But I have the cctv showing the courier company coming to collect. I even send them the details, but no one is helping. I'm just ignored,LHM Couriers came to collect the tv but they are refusing to give me my refund as they're claiming tv was not taken
