<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am usually a huge fan of TAKEALOT.com I have never had any problems or stuggles before.</p> <p>I must admit that I am partly to blame for the frustration that I am receiving at the moment. The address details I gave were not correct. however since then it has been a mission with numerous calls. I called and the consultant advsied that she would call Mr Delivery and call me back, I havent received a call yet. I then called again and the consultant put me on hold for 14 minutes and then dropped the call. Please can we change the address I need my delivery rather urgently. again I understand that this was in part my fault and generally the service that i get from TAKEALOT is amazing. </p>
