I used [URL Removed] hassle free. I paid my account on ref *** and I put my name as a reference instead of the order number. I called an agent and spoke to Kelly Divine early this morning at about 10h00 right after I had made payment and also sent through the proof of payment which Kelly confirmed that she has received and she will send through to accounts. I received an email from takealot that my email has been received and also the service ticket email and none of them confirm that payment has been received and delivery will be done on such a date. Needless to say this is quiet upsetting as i have no idea when am I going to receive my parcel. This is so disappointing as [URL Removed] was so efficient when it comes to confirmations. Someone please call and clarify.
