Reduced To a Second class Human being

<p>I placed an order on the 29th of july 2016 Order Number: ********** was told it be delivered 05/08/2015 now I being told maybe the 11th of this month and other many dates. I have tried calling your call center several times, every time the individual gives me different information, promise to call me after 30min of which they never do, I ask the ref number for the calls, they promise to email that of which they never do. I ask some to transfer me to the manager, they either pretend to be managers themselves or pass me over to another consultant who then pretends to be a manager, when i ask for a ref number for the call they fail to give it to me. I feel like a fool for spending more than R300 on airtime only to be made a fool of, I have been made to feel like a second class human being, something to fool around with. I have travelling plans for Saturday that I’m now forced to cancel. I will never forget this experience. I’m now making peace with the fact that I will never get my order, that I just flashed my money down the drain. Thank for No service Zerelda Edem , Jesse Raymond, Melisa pass my thank yous to your management team for teaching you the worst customer service & communication s****s ever !!!</p>
