REDICULOUSLY POOR SERVICE

I am done with Takealot! I got sent the same incorrect product TWICE, and now no one answers me about my refund. The inconvenience caused made me now cancel my subscription and I wont be using them again. To make a mistake is human but 2 x in a row? They are just careless and then dont even bother to try and show they are sorry. I want my money!
