Rediculous

I have always liked takealot but after this experience im not going to buy anything from takealot again.<br> I bought a tablet from you takealot, (asus-fe170-fonepad-7-8gb)<br> [URL Removed]<br> I payed R1599 for it (it was on special)<br> After 3 weeks of having the tablet i put it on charge in my room. After returning to my room to see how far it had charged, i found my tablets screen cracked. The next day i logged a return with takealot. After a long 13 days they emailed me with an offer to repair the device as cracked screens are not covered in the warranty. The offer was for R1504 to repair the device. Well i payed basically the same amount as it cost to repair. Obviously the device is completely broken since the repairs cost so much.<br> Takealot then emailed me saying its to strange for a device to just break itself while charging. I am an Android developer, I work with these things on a daily basis. Its not that strange.<br> Takealot refused to refund or repair my device even though i only had it for 3 weeks.
