Takealot refuses to refund my money. There returns policy states clearly that they will refund when a parcel is unopened, still in it's original packaging. I received the parcel, did not open it and returned it the very same day at the Herm**** pick up point. I receceived a similar gift from a friend, so i returned the item as i do not need it anymore. Did everything online. I cannot get hold of anybody that can assist me when i phone. I sent emails, nobody responds.
