Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule.

I was tracking my delivery, and they said it was supposed to be delivered today (1st of July 2020) and I waited, and at 13:30 they tell me they didn't find me to pick up my order, where else they never tried to contact me. They said they did but no SMS, no Whatsapp and no phone call.

I tried to call their helpline but no picked up. And this is the second time this is happening to me.
