Rechargeable globes. I am in the dark

I purchased five smart led rechargeable light bulbs, specifically due to loadshedding. The order took 2 weeks to arrive. Upon fitting the globes, one of them IMMEDIATELY fused. I sent the defective globe back and kept the rest. Now, I am being told I must send the other 4 globes also, as all "accessories" had to be returned. That means I have to wait for another 2 to 3 weeks for a replacement set. Mind you, the globes came in separate little boxes. I gave takealot a solution. Send me the replacement globes and I will give the "old" globes to the courier. A simple straight swap. But that can't be done according to takealot. So, takealot is saying I must be without lights during loadshedding. All policy and zero customer services. Pathetic.
