RECEIVING EMPTY PARCELS AND NO HELP FROM TAKEALOT REGARDING THE MATTER!

If I could rate less than one I would. I ordered JBL earphones on takealot and when the package arrived yesterday there was only an empty JBL box in the takealot box. I have since receiving my parcel been sending multiple emails and been having to phone takealot because every agent I speak to says they will keep me updated but no one does, and nobody is replying to my emails. This is the worst service I have received from takealot ever, if I were JBL I would also be very upset, this is not a good look.
