Receiving a generic product instead of the original as ordered

We ordered a pair of Crocs from Takealot. The advert reflects a proper original pair of Crocs (and did we pay the price for original Crocs ... exactly the same price as advertised on the Croc Website), but did we received some generic **** Croc. We asked Takealot to replace the shoes with a pair that we ordered. According to Takealot they do not have the shoes in stock anymore. Now my question is, if they do not have it in stock anymore, why are they STILL advertising that they have sizes 3 and 6 available?????
