Received used product from takealot

I ordered a new Smok Arcfox on takealot but received a package that was not sealed and the product had already been used. When opening the package the product was not seeled in plastic like you would normally find in a new Arcfox, the atomiser of the vape already contained flavour from previous use and when the vape was turned on, the puff counter showed that it already had 16 puffs.
