Received the incorrect product for the second time

For the second time now you have shipped an Alucup to me in stead of an Alucup Grande. Even worse is that this looks like that exact same one that you previously sent to me as the box is not sealed! How difficult can it be to ship an Alucup Grande to me? Last time the excuse was that the stock code was wrong. So you get back an item with an incorrect stock code and then just put it back on the shelf without changing the code and then sell it to me again months later? What is going on at Takealot? I can understand that mistakes do happen. But to ship the same incorrect item to me twice is inexcusable! Seeing that you are clearly incapable of selling me an Alucup Grande can you put the money back on my credit card immediately so that I can place and order for this item at Loot.\<br> "
