Received someone else's order

They get a 1 star from me as this isn't the first time Takealot has messed up my order. Today I received someone else's order, emailed Takealot straight away only to find out the info@takealot email address doesn't work. Had to google their number as its not on their site... Besides that point , I called them and explained I received the wrong box @ 11:26am ..... It is now 13:14 and I still have had NO feedback from Takealot , even after expressing that my order was for a birthday now I must be delayed cause Takealot couldn't pack my order properly . . . Seriously !! Upon giving them a 2nd call , only too hear that they are waiting for a response from their delivery team ?? I am beyond upset..
