Received scuffed, second-hand book. No exchange.

This is the 2nd time that I have ordered from takelot, and the 2nd time that I have had to resort to hello peter. I received my hardcover book via FedEx today, and the book was scuffed and looks second-hand. So I phoned [URL Removed] returns and was told that I cannot exchange the book because the supplier is out of stock, and I can only return it for credit, but I do not want credit, I want my book exchanged for a new one, like I ordered. <br> <br> I was told that I can place it in my wishlist and be informed when there is stock again, at which point I cannot exchange it because there is only a 30-day exchange policy.
