Received only half my order and unable to refund it!

Order nr ***. I ordered a baseball and bat kit as illustrated on the product and only received half the product. In other words only the bat with no baseball. I've tried refunding this on the day of delivery but I'm not getting any response from takealot. I've paid for the whole bundle but you only delivered half of it as well as ignoring my refunding requests. Shame on you Takealot!!!
