Received expired coupon

Received an email yesterday that a had a discount coupon of R200. Needing a few things, I added to my cart to reach the minimum spend. At checkout I added the coupon code, but to my surprise the coupon had expired 2 week prior to me receiving it

Contacted the support, but they just stuck their head in the sand
