Received a wrong item from takealot

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Takealot. I ordered a sleeping bag a long time ago and only received my parcel last week Wednesday after waiting. To make matters worse, I did not even receive the correct item instead of a sleeping bag, I received a fleece.

I logged a return immediately on the same day I received the incorrect item, and since then I have repeatedly been told that the parcel would be collected “before 5”. Today, I am still sitting with the parcel and nobody has collected it.

I have been patient enough, but this level of service is unacceptable. I should not be inconvenienced because of a mistake that was not mine. I need this matter resolved urgently and for the parcel to be collected without any further delays.
