Received a knock off

I ordered a COCOMELON doll and received a cheap knock off. I can get a refund, but, besides the inconvenience....after I told them what happened, to add insult to injury, the refund reads "changed my mind" .... honestly how can a company improve if they ignore their problems? I returned it because I received a cheap knock off!!!! So angry!!!!
