Received a faulty Remote Control Car twice and I Swear they sent me the same car again.

I ordered a remote control car through takealot twice. And both times the car arrived with the box open, and when tested the item it was faulty. I swear I received the exact same car that had returned previously. That is terrible. It seems like Takealot are taking retrained items, and then passing them off as new items to other customers. That is shocking! Their quality of service is definitely going down. Slower delivery times, no contact number to contact a call/support centre and SUPER long return times. What a terrible service. And this was for a birthday gift for a kid. So have a super upset kid because of a terrible and unfaithful service
