Received a faulty camera twice in one month

Order # ********** 9 - I am not a happy customer at all. During December I have purchased The Nikon D5300 camera from you. I haven't even used it for a month and noticed that there is a problem with the memory card reader of the camera. I requested for the camera to be replaced. Got a new Nikon D5300, but again faulty as it does not want to focus. I am a professional photographer and this is a influence on my career. Please refund my money or make sure you provide me with a working camera as I have 2 upcoming weddings to shoot and no working camera. I am not happy. I am a regular customer, please go check your records. Spent over R20 000 from December. I expect for this to be sorted asap.
