Received a customer return product from Takealot which was not new

Hi Bought a dashcam last year that stopped working, I returned it and was refunded, I decided to purchase another one but the supplier no more sold it on takealot, so I chose a different brand, when I received it, I noticed a crack on the inner screen, I returned it and was refunded, I decided to go for another brand but this time I was sent a package that had missing components to the dashcam, the box looked like it was opened and resealed a few times before I received it. The manual had writing on it stating that certain items were missing. I strongly believe that I received a returned product from another customer. Is this how Takealot operates now? I don't think I'll ever buy a dashcam from Takealot ever again😭
