REALLY WE COULDNT HAVE BEEN TOLD SOONER!!!!!

I recently ordered a new special edition ps 4 off takealot with the promise that if the order is placed and paid for by the 6th and if we did the order would be delivered on the 8th. We ordered and paid on the 3Rd of November and the delivery date on the site promised to be the 8th of November, TODAY!!! After no success in an update on the site of where the package is we tried calling lines down. We then emailed and only then got a response saying that they have no stock. Now according the website if there were any issues we would receive notification which we did not. Now we had to follow you around to do your job and then still my package is not ready for delivery. Your pathetic excuse of I'm sorry is not acceptable and I want my package delivered as promised as this is now a full day wasted for *********** and useless people. Absolutely pathetic!!!!
