Really unacceptable condition of product.

Revieced a wd elements hdd from them with a white residue expelling from the casing also the drive is not discoverable by pc . Sent it back and had it return in the exact same condition. I've taken photos of this device and can not believe what appalling products in such condition that they are sending out to customers.
