Really Takealot!!!

Bought a base set during December 2024 and the delivered product is of inferior quality and started making creeking noises in the second week of use. On advise from the supplier I logged a return of the item. On 2024/02/22 the collection was to be effected only to receive a call to indicate that I must bubble wrap the item at my expense. Are you kidding me why should I incur more expenses considering the dimensions of this item and further for a inferior and defective item with a warranty of 12 months that did not even last a month.
