Really takealot???

<p>This is my third complaint about the most *********** and arrogant company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recently decided to stop using takealot because of the way they handled an order of books which were dirty and damaged. Today I received my last order, which was placed before this ordeal. And guess what? Yes, once again I received an order in which one of the books is very dirty. It has a white cover, which makes it look disgusting. I am so sick of dealing with rude, unhelpful people, that I do not even want a response to this. The book can be binned and I will gladly pay for a decent copy from a decent place. It is a small price to pay for some peace. I order many many books online from various companies but never have I had to deal with these issues. It is quite repulsive to receive a noticeably dirty book. Is it impossible for takealot staff to clean their hands and maybe their act? </p>
