Really disappointed

Hi. I always bought pampers prime and never had a problem with it. As for this one I purchased after using it for a week I noticed that the gel inside was leaking..the pampers used to open. After a week or so I decided to check this box with some other old papers wich came in another box and to my amazement I was that these 2 were complete different nappies even though both boxes were premium care. I phoned in weeks and told the assistant on the phone to pls sort this out, I have no alternative papers to use so I'm forced to use this untill I get another one. She told me back that she will get the complaints department to get back to me.. Waited for over 2 weeks until I phoned in again. This time the assistant told me to log in a return. Pls anylize the nappies and see this isn't the nappies that supposed to come in a premium care box. The reason why I used is from there is because I only can to know that the pampers was the problem after a week and a half.. And after complaining the 1st time the client told me she understands that I'm forced to carry on using untill it's replaced. But the 2nd time another assistant said log a return. So I'm doing that
