really bad these days, buy from another source if you can

So I ordered a toy from them for my brothers kids birthday, when the item arrived it was something totally different. I returned the product and it took them another 5 days to tell me that they did not have the actual thing that I ordered even though the item is still showing on the site as available to order! They then credited me the money back so I tried to order a different product but the payment system last weekend was not working, in any event my credit was taken away again and they eventually charged me the full amount for the replacement product I ordered, I am still waiting to be refunded for that and still waiting for the replacement product to be delivered although i'm sure they will tell me they don't have that either. Shocking service
