Really bad shopping experienced received

I placed an order on 25 February and got an update that my order will arrive on 1 March but they gave me an option to choose any day asfrom 1 March as a delivry date so I selected the 2nd March. On 2nd MarchI did not get any shipping update and made arrangements to be available. No one arrived and only later that day I sent a query to their customer help line of which I got a response from Nomazwi toadvisr tjat they are looking into it and will get back to me. Till this day no delivery and no response.
