Really Bad Service Delivery

This is not the first time that this has happened but the third time. My family loves using Takealot to do our shopping as they have good deals on most brands and a good variety. But i must say since they started expanding so much the service level has dropped allot. From the goods being advertised not matching the pictures to delivery and exchanging of faulty goods. This is the third time we have had to return faulty goods to takealot and had the \pleasure"of dealing with Mr Delivery. Another of Takelot's Companies. Not once were the goods swapped out on time or without a huge fight with the delivery center. I'm sorry but this gives the Umbrella of takealot a very bad name. I was going to make some large purchases through them in December but i am looking elsewhere for my goods and rather paying more and having peace of mind that if something goes wrong i can exchange it """
