Really bad customer service

I was really so disappointed in the customer service of takealot i always buy on the COD payment option and then last week i ordered a game but had to cancel it due to the fact that when delivery was scheduled nobody would be at home. So yesterday i wanted to order it again using the payment of COD option but al of a sudden i cant do that option, so my mum ordered the products for me on the COD option and what is ironic is she is staying on the same premises as me. Has got the same delivery address but according to takealot enquiry its not possible for me to order the product or any other products because of my address and other circumstances they didn't ecplain., that dont make sense.. so it was such a big waste of time to log a enquiry because they just say they cant help me. Just put the option back again.. not so difficult to do, I mean if i have ordered products like that for years now and all of a sudden takealot say that option is not available to me to my address but my mum orders it and she's staying at same address.. really unacceptable and unbelievable how no care the customer service people are at takealot..
