Really bad customer experience

The worst possible service I got, I made 3 purchases at 3 different time and all I never received apparently due to OOS!!!

My question is, my publish a product and not have stock? also waited 2 weeks for delivery only to receive the wrong item upon collection, returned the product only to find out the product I ordered was also OOS11
