Really bad Attitude - Delivery driver

My helper just informed me how rude the Take a lot driver was when delivering our order. He complained that they had been hooting for some time however my helper had the vacuum on and obviously did not here them. Once she switched off the Vacuum she heard the commotion outside and went to go investigate, he repeatedly spoke to her in a manner that was totally unappropriated. He then complained that she intentionally did not hear them and she made them wait outside hooting on purpose...unbelievable!!! I find this behaviour extremely unprofessional no matter what the circumstances are, I am seriously considering to never order another item of your website again if this is how you treat your customers at point of contact!!!
