Read before ordering anything from takealot

<p>Once things go wrong with your order - you have had it!<br /><br />My order and payment went through fine and I received an SMS to say it would come on time - but it never did and 9 days later its still not here nor is the the porblem resolved!</p> <p> </p> <p>The story is very long and very 'fishy' but I will keep it short.<br /><br />Apparentley my order was delivered and signed for at a wrong address. The stories vary from Sunday night at 9pm to Monday - but takealot confirmed the delivery by email.<br /><br />Many phone calls and emails later - I had to send them samples of my handwriting and signature and a week later I am told they will collect the item from the incorrect address on Monday - A WEEK LATER!!!<br /><br />Meanwhile the item is now sold out! Plus, its probably been slept in already!<br /><br />I am shocked beyond belief at their follow up service - at it begins with management, not with the people answering the phones, etc.<br /><br />The only way to contact them is at their info@ address or to phone in - and a manager or supervisor is never available (always in meetings!)<br /><br />Will NEVER buy anything from them again!<br /><br /></p>
