RE: POOR ETHICS

I ordered a 2TB Hard drive with Takealot, When they delivered the item all was well till I open it. I was greeted with the incorrect Hard drive. It was a 1TB drive. I lodged a complain and refund and was told it take 3 weeks to return and another 3 to investigate before despatch the correct item. Very disgusting behaviour. I then received a text on Friday that the parcel would be collected today. I then midday received a text that Takealot was unable to collect my order as I was not at my address. My colleague who works at the same address was meant to have a takealot parcel delivered today as well. They also gave the same excuse as to why they could not delivery on text. He then proceeded to be phoned by the driver and the driver said he forgot the parcel at the warehouse. I find this absolute appalling at the way these parcels have been handled. I would just like my correct hard drive sent to me. Takealot has lost my support and I will never purchase from then again.
