I had a product which was meant to be delivered today and when I went on the app to track it I saw that it said I was unavailable and it will be rescheduled and I called to question it and was told the driver went to the wrong address and then I asked when it will be delivered and it’s only in another 3 days time and this was a birthday gift and because of them messing up I need to wait...

This is unacceptable.
